Klaus Wohnig – CEO of APK – is successfully leading the company since 2013.
Since spring 2020 the Board is complemented in the sectors of Technology and Operations by Dr. Jürgen Flesch.

within a dynamically developing circular economy.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Business graduate Mr. Klaus Wohnig is, among other things, responsible for business development, partnering, sales and technology marketing as well as finance and personnel at APK AG. He brings his extensive knowledge and experience from management functions at international companies in various industries to the position.
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Flesch is a chemical engineer and is in charge of operations at our production facility, as well as of R&D efforts and Project & Partnering activities of APK. Dr. Flesch contributes extensive experience in production, technology, and process technology development in the chemical industry. Before joining APK he held the overall responsibility for a high-level investment project for a German chemical company.
MIG Fonds invests in young, unlisted start-up companies in German-speaking countries, focusing on investments in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clean tech, new materials and information technology. MIG Fonds offers private investors the opportunity to participate directly in a portfolio of promising technology companies.
Hexal founders Dr. Andreas and Dr. Thomas Strüngmann also participant in APK AG through AT Newtec GmbH. AT Newtec invests in young, unlisted companies in German-speaking countries.
